If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the item wasn't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we'll send a refund to the gift giver and they'll be notified of your return.<\/p>\n<h2>Shipment<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To return your product, you must send it by mail to Urbanitzaci\u00f3 Les Teules 107, 17246.
