When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Spain. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, we will send you confirmation and acceptance of it under our store's Terms and Conditions. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a copy of the label with the corresponding tracking number.
After that, the shipping time for the EU is 3-4 business days, for North and South America between 7 and 12 days, and between 12 and 20 business days for delivery to Asia or Others.
The tracking number informs you of the pickup date and the estimated delivery date. Depending on the product and weight, the courier or transport company will determine the final delivery time to the customer.
Will I be charged taxes and customs duties?
The prices shown on our website exclude EU taxes, or will be clearly detailed in the listing. This means you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order in both the USA and Asia. Import duties, tariffs, and related customs fees may be levied once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For more details about these fees, please contact your local customs office.
